Experience Level :08 to 09 years of experience in R&D of Powder Coating
Qualification :Degree/Diploma in Paint
Job Objectives :Timely development of products and impart technical solutions
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design product formulation as per customer specifications and achieve business conversion.
- Prepare APQP & PPAP documents.
- Prepare APQP & PPAP documents.
Design new processes as per NPD requirements.
- Prepare APQP & PPAP documents.
Achieve cost reduction & performance improvement targets assigned from existing products.
- Prepare APQP & PPAP documents.
Prepare SOP for production and issue to production and upload formulation in ERP.
- Prepare APQP & PPAP documents.
Study customer requirements and check feasibility.
- Prepare APQP & PPAP documents.
Manufacture pilot lot with involvement of production, Quality and supply.
- Prepare APQP & PPAP documents.
Find gaps, Perform root cause analysis & take corrective actions
- Prepare APQP & PPAP documents.
Follow all safety instructions & usage of applicable PPE’s
- Prepare APQP & PPAP documents.
Maintain 5S in respective area
- Prepare APQP & PPAP documents.
Support vendor development team by approving new / alternate raw material.
Any Other Comments:Because of specific skill requirement, prior work experience in Automotive Paint Industry is must.
